MGC ChatBox - vB-Hacks

I hope i'm in the right place..lol

First off, name is Michael.

This is the site i got directed to after clicking on the link at our forum.

We have a MGC ChatBox on our forum, that only Mods/Admins can view and use.
I have full access to the Admin Contol Panel.

After installing it, everyone that had permission was able to view it, now for some reason I and 1 other Mod, cannot ? . I have tried everything i know to fix this problem and can't.

Can i get some feed back on how to maybe fix this ?

This because you have not done the modification to the modifyoptions template.

You must do it so that your users can see the chatbox options in their usercp and so select the show/hide option !

I'm unable to fix it. I have no idea... I saw the modify template, and did what i thought was suppose to be done, but nothing

12 Mods/Admins, and me and 1 other cant view it.

Does this mods are primary usergroup = mod or not ?

Anyway you should try installing the new version of the chatbox
